The second edition of the Handbook provides a comprehensive guide to all aspects of Bill of Rights litigation. The first edition of this book - commissioned by Lawyers for Human Rights and the Law Society of South Africa for use by practitioners, candidate attorneys and students of the Law Society's School for Legal Practice - established the Handbook as an indispensable guide to all aspects of Bill of Rights litigation. The second edition retains the explanatory clarity that characterised the first, providing a clear, complete and up-to-date guide to all aspects of Bill of Rights litigation. The entire book has been systematically updated to incorporate developments in the law up to the beginning of December 1998.
